Ilka Reineman is Managing Director at Ofichem, responsible for the drug product manufacturing site in Leiden (NL). In this role, she brings together her commercial and operational expertise with her passion for connecting people, building teams, and driving sustainable growth.
Before joining Ofichem, Ilka was part of LabConnect, where she established and led the EMEA Business Development Team. Earlier in her career, she played a key role at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where she set up the financial and commercial structure of a start-up unit that successfully grew into a profitable business unit.
Her career path across different industries has shaped her into an all-round and cross-functional leader with outstanding business acumen. Ilka holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen and an Executive Master of Finance & Control from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
