The drug product manufacturing facility is the place to reshore European production and ensure high quality. The facility is set up for clinical trial material, technical transfers of product dossiers (RX and OTC) and has an opiates exemption and is EU GMP approved. With a R&D set up and QC lab on site, the site is perfectly equipped for transfers, process optimisation and analytical methods validations.
With a proven infrastructure the site can generate high output on commercial scale while still supporting small-scale production suited to validation purposes, clinical trial material and niche products.
Our production technologies include high shear wet granulation and direct compression along with options for film coating and sugar coating. With four tableting areas, the maximum output is 2 billion tablets on an annual basis.
